2. Volts D.C. Measuring Method: measure at the end of plug-in terminal under 50% loading condition

3. Ripple/Noise measuring method: Use a 12" twisted pair and terminal parallel connecting with 0.1uf and 47uf capacitance and measure in 20MHZ bandwidth

4. Accuracy: Include assigned error, Line regulation, Load regulation

5. Line Regulation Measurement: Measure range from low voltage to high voltage under rated loading
